4. After the waiting period, swallow the oil.
5. You can eat or drink anything post consumption, without affecting the medicine's effectiveness.

The Sleep Well oil can be consumed in multiple ways. For faster absorption, it is recommended to take it sublingually by placing a few drops under your tongue, holding it there for 60 seconds, and then swallowing. 
Alternatively, you can add the drops to your favorite fruits, beverages or meals. 

To find the optimal dosage for your needs, it is recommended to start with 3 drops of the oil. Gradually increase the dosage by two drops every other day until you achieve the desired effects. Once you reach a dosage that provides the desired benefits, maintain that dose and only consider increasing it when necessary.
